INSTRUCTIONS
1. CUT FOAM FROM SHEET
WE USE A FOOT OPERATED SHEAR, BUT A KNIFE OR SCISSORS CAN WORK
2. MEASURE AND CUT HEADBAND ELASTIC (13" LONG)
3. CUT OUT CLEAR SHIELD
WE USE A LASER CUTTER BUT SCISSORS OR A SHEAR WOULD WORK. THE ROUNDED CORNERS ARE A "NICE TO HAVE".
THE SECOND SHEET HAS FULL-SCALE VECTOR ARTWORK.
4. ASSEMBLE IT

ALIGN FOAM TO THE TOP EDGE OF THE CLEAR SHIELD AND CENTER IT. FIRMLY PRESS TO ADHERE.

PLACE ONE END OF ELASTIC HEADBAND NEXT TO EDGE OF THE SHIELD AND STAPLE TWICE. PRETTY MUCH
ANY OFFICE STAPLER WILL WORK THOUGH AN ELECTRIC STAPLER WILL HELP WITH OVERUSE ISSUES.

LOOP HEADBAND OVER AS SHOWN, ALIGN OTHER EDGE OF THE SHIELD AND STAPLE TWICE.

PLACE IT IN A BAG TO KEEP IT CLEAN BEFORE USE.

CLEAR POLYETHYLENE (PET) FILM (0.007" THICK)
ADHESIVE BACKED POLYURETHANE FOAM (1" THICK)
ELASTIC LATEX FABRIC (1" WIDE X 16" LONG)
ELASTIC LATEX FABRIC (1" WIDE X 16" LONG)
